AC quit working

I was having ac issues this weekend. At lunch I sent a maintenance request and within 30 minutes or so someone showed up to look at it. It was handled quite fast. I had to leave for some running around and when I came back it was fixed and was way cooler inside and working better than ever. I can't believe the difference. Thanks goes to the maintenance guys. Your awesome!!!

Perfect maintenance

I had a hot water problem . I was thinking It was a simple problem but It was not. I reported the problema and 2 hours later a technician come and he change the hot water tank . Technician was very nice guy. He explain the problem too. It was very fast and %100 satisfactory maintenance.

Recent blocked driveway emergency

This past Sunday June 03 an unknown vehicle for the 2nd time blocked me into my garage by parking in my driveway. The first time it happened the party who parked there left at 11:30 am right before I called Northbrook maintenance. This most recent time I called it in very early as I had a golf tee time reservation for 9:00 am. I'm pleased to report that Northbrook maintenance had it towed away within a short time and I was able to make my tee time. Thank you! James Hager

Love Northbrook Apartments in Lincoln

We have lived here now going on 4 years and cannot sing enough praise for this Apartment Complex. Everyone from the Office Personnel to the Maintenance Crew are absolutely wonderful. If you have any type of issue, they are on top of it immediately. They don't wait. Again, we love it here and do plan to stay for quite awhile. Location is fabulous too. What more can you ask for when living in an apartment. Kudos to this group.

Great place!

Northbrook is a wonderful place to live! I work in property management and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful! Definitely recommend!
